What’s Included

Cryoskin

Based on your goals this could be a combination of CryoSlimming and/or CryoToning. Each Cryoskin service is followed by the appropriate color of LED Light Therapy to enhance your Cryoskin results. CryoSlimming sessions are also followed by Normatec Compression in the appropriate area to help get your lymphatic system moving to dump those fat cells we are destroying.

Tools included.

LED Light Therapy:

Red:

-        Wrinkles, scars, redness, acne, boost collagen production, reduce inflammation, promote circulation, brighten skin

-        Reduce size of fat cells, increase leptin hormone to aid in appetite control. LED light therapy can be scheduled alone immediately after exercise to increase reduction of fat mass and increase muscle mass in the area treated.

Yellow:

-        Address skin problems, rejuvenate skin, speed wound healing, improves blood circulation in skin tissues, reduce signs of aging (fine lines and wrinkles), improve skin hydration and overall health of the skin

-        Trigger lymphatic system to aid in removal of toxins from the treated area

Normatec Whole Body Compression:

Flush lymphatic fluids and lactic acids, help remove toxins from your body, reduce inflammation, speed healing and rehabilitation, improve circulation, reduce water accumulation. Will be done immediately after CryoSlimming and can be added after CryoToning sessions for the area treated. A good alternative to massage therapy and can be done daily if desired. Compression can be done on one area or rotated to boost the benefits of lymphatic drainage. Can also be purchased as individual sessions or as a package for more benefit between CryoSlimming sessions.

FAR Infrared Sauna package with Lymphatic Activator:

The Lymphatic System plays a crucial role in our health and making sure it is functioning and supported to remove toxins and fat from the body is especially important for our clients doing the CryoSlimming sessions as the dead fat cells are removed from the body by the Lymphatic System. A package that corresponds with the number of treatments you will be receiving will be included at a deep discount. These sessions will begin 72 hours after your first CryoSlimming session and should be done 2-4 times a week through your program.

-        Aid in detoxing the body, boost metabolism, reduce stress, improve skin health, exercise recovery, encourage production of collagen and elastin, help body maintain healthy cortisol levels, reduce inflammation

Supporting the body at a cellular level, ensuring you are getting the right nutrients and enhancing your Cryoskin sessions can all be done with this terrific supplement line that is NSF Certified. With your package you will receive your first set of supplements FREE. You will receive the first two and pick one of the Inflam-Arrest or Healthy Thin Energize. Other supplements are available, just ask. These include:

·       Massage Therapy:

With many benefits for every body, we especially encourage those receiving CryoSlimming to add massage therapy to their routine. Decrease stress levels which can cause the body to hold onto and increase weight, aid in lymphatic drainage, improve mental health and wellness, manage pain from workouts and improve physical fitness. Sessions can be purchased individually or as a package. Depending on your level of activity it is recommended that one receive a massage at least once every 3-4 weeks.

·       H2O Intake:
Sufficient hydration is always important however while going through your CryoFit- Body program it is especially important as a the of toxins and dead fat cells. Adding lemon or aloe to your water are ideal ways to increase level of hydration. Daily H2O intake should be ½ your body weight in ounces. Example: your weight is 200 pounds, your daily H2O intake should be 100 ounces.

·       Nutrition:
While we all have specific nutritional goals and needs, there are general guidelines we encourage you to follow in order to see your goals with the CryoFit- Body program become reality. The basics are cutting out processed foods, using only natural sugars (when absolutely necessary), eating organic, grass-fed/free range/wild caught meat, poultry and fish, substituting soda and sugary drinks with water, limiting coffee to 1-2 cups a day and eating plenty of vegetables. The day of CryoSlimming sessions we highly recommend that you consume only lean meats, chicken, fish and vegetables. If this is hard for you to do all day at the very least you need to adhere to this guideline for 2 hours before and 4 hours after.

·       Exercise:
Depending on your overall goals, and where you are when you begin CryoFit+- Body, this will vary from person to person. There is no need to follow, or start, a significantly demanding exercise program. Exercising on a regular basis, at least 3 times a week, is a must. Doing some kind of physical activity the rest of the week with at least one day of rest is important. This could mean taking a walk, parking further out in the parking lot, taking the stairs instead of the elevator; just keep moving. Specific exercises can be recommended for certain areas like the thighs, buttocks and arms. On the day of CryoSlimming or CryoToning sessions you may exercise BEFORE but you must be FINISHED AT LEAST 4 hours before your session in order for your body to cool down again. Exercising closer than this will make it more difficult for the area receiving the Cryoskin to cool to the necessary temperature to achieve the desired results. Exercising after will have the same effect, warming the tissues too much and halting the process.
